They will monitor bank activity, conduct financial analyses, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Requirements include a strong understanding of financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to make sound financial decisions.<br /><br /><b><span class=\"emphasis-2\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Manage secured loan portfolio</li><li>Manage secured debt compliance</li><li>Assist with unsecured debt compliance and portfolio management</li><li>Develop and maintain various tables and dashboards for debt reporting</li><li>Perform interest and other debt-related analyses</li><li>Analyze banking data and research banking relationships</li><li>Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures</li><li>Review processes and recommend improvements</li></ul><p><br /><b><span class=\"emphasis-2\">Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>3-5 plus years working in Commercial Real Estate, finance and/or banking</li><li>Additional education may be substituted for work experience on a case by case basis</li></ul><p><br /><b><span class=\"emphasis-2\">Competencies</span></b></p><ul><li>Bank software/platform experience</li><li>Expertise with treasury or related software</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving</li><li>Technical knowledge</li><li>Moderate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)</li></ul><p><br /><b><span class=\"emphasis-2\">Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</span></b><br />Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
