The Corporate Training Specialist will creatively design content, facilitate learning experiences and implement effective methods to train and enhance the performance of our corporate team. This person's primary focus is to understand the talents of our staff and help them develop into their full potential. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a passion for networking and building strong relationships and an affinity for learning and development. This position reports to the Talent Development Manager and is based at our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT.

What You'll Do

  • Create, design and implement various types of training and development programs and strategies that are aligned with the department's objectives

  • Assist with organization and facilitation of all Corporate New Hire Onboarding

  • Design and produce training materials, as well as organize and maintain all training materials

  • Plan, organize, facilitate and assist with materials needed for development and training programs

  • Collaborate effectively with SMEs, heads of corporate departments, the People team, and other relevant stakeholders

  • Assist L&D Team with designing program layout, structure, and delivery method

  • Proactively seek new techniques of content delivery

  • Provide stakeholders with optimal delivery methods for relative programs

  • Have a full understanding of the various corporate teams and their specific training needs

  • Communicate upcoming programs/courses to applicable audiences within the organization

  • Assist in setup/takedown of classrooms and/or venues

  • Maintain learning and development internal SharePoint site

  • Build relationships with 3rd party training providers

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory and developments in learning technologies

  • Help monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to organization and talent development solutions

  • Assist in data analysis

  • Exemplify the values of the organization and culture of learning

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of training and program management experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience facilitating and coordinating company-wide programs and training events

  • Experience with effective learning and development methods

  • Ability to evaluate and change priorities as needed

  • Ability to perform efficiently within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member
