We are looking for full-time Inbound Sales/Service Representatives. Don’t like cold calling? Neither do we - our customers call us with any of their needs regarding storage. Your job is to assist potential or current customers with their needs all while delivering amazing customer service. 

Pay starts at $15 hourly!

Work Environment:   

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • The employee is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands for an extended period of time while talking over the phone.
  • Use clear and concise verbal and written communication.


  • Act as the first point of call contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence with Storage Express.
  • Process payments from customers using various collection methods to include inbound calls, outbound calls and kiosks while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Make storage solution recommendations according to customer's needs by asking open ended questions.
  • Directly and accurately input information in customized software.
  • Educate customers on company amenities to maximize customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
  • Continually maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of Storage Express and effectively and oppose any customer objections.
  • Prepare rental agreement and documentation on a daily basis.
  • Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns.
  • Monitor rental center kiosks for customer activity.
  • Comply with all legal regulations regarding public storage facilities in various states.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and support other Management directives
