We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to assist in supporting our National Solutions Center. This position will be responsible for researching and timely response to service desk tickets as well as analyzing customer conversations and interactions utilizing manual QA forms. This position requires the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills within all levels of the contact center and to Extra Space stores. This position works closely with sales and service team leads, contact center leadership, and reports to the QA manager.

· This is a "Hybrid Position", candidate must work in office 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week.

Requirements

· 1+ year of call center experience

· Previous QA experience preferred

· Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service

· Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in QA/Call monitoring software

· Ability to independently prioritize tasks and job duties as needed

· Self-motivated, a self-starter

· Detail oriented and able to make sound decisions

· Ability to manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

· Understanding the organizations business objectives and goals.

· Analyzing recorded audio and text data for critical insights, patterns, and trends.

· Timely communication to all necessary service ticket parties including responses to stores, agents, and team leads

· Objectively evaluate interaction based on provided criteria.

· Identify innovative ways to receive and track actionable customer feedback.

· Other duties as assigned
