We are currently hiring for a Recruiter to support our call center. In this position, you will recruit and source Inbound Sales Representatives and work closely with leaders at the call center in bringing talent to the team as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for building talent pools, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and coordinating the scheduling of interviews with the leadership team. When hiring slows down at the call center you will provide sourcing support for other positions and partner closely with the talent acquisition team. This position works at our corporate office in Salt Lake City and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains the job requisition, updates the job ad, and manages the candidate flow throughout the recruiting process.
Conduct screens, presents talent to the leadership team and schedules interviews.
Partners with the HR Generalist at the call center on staffing goals for upcoming training classes and strives to ensure that time-to-fill metrics are achieved.
Leverages multiple recruiting sources in addition to internet sourcing techniques and social media to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Responsible for executing search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs.
Generate leads and source passive candidates through Indeed, etc.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
A college degree or significant progress towards a college degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.
1-2 years of customer service, recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a business or professional environment is preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Creative problem solver and team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment.
