Job Summary: 

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our fast-paced recruiting team by managing hiring activities and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while juggling multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Direct interaction with recruitment cycle stakeholders, which includes, but is not limited to, candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and talent leadership. 

  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens and interviews across multiple time zones and hiring managers. 

  • Help maintain a high volume of requisitions/job ads and quickly determine sourcing priorities.  

  • Experience with Workday Recruiter and navigating sourcing and hiring stages throughout the entire recruitment cycle. 

  • Update candidate records, track progress, and ensure data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

  • Assist with posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and building talent pipelines. 

  • Send candidate correspondence, including interview confirmations and follow-ups. 

  • Initiate and monitor background checks, offer letters, and onboarding tasks. 

  • Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction. 

  • Respond to candidate inquiries and act as a point of contact for scheduling and logistics. 

  • Support talent acquisition recruiters through proactive candidate engagement tasks and communication (phone, email, text.) 

  • Provide administrative support to the broader recruiting team on special projects or high-priority roles. 

  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote); experience with ATS systems preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident working with internal and external partners. 

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative support. 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
