The Revenue Management Manager leads and manages all aspects of strategic and tactical pricing for assigned divisions. The incumbent will work closely with Divisional heads and District Managers to develop and execute pricing strategies and tactics.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Provides analytic feedback and pricing and discounting expertise to field operations management 

  • Conducts in-depth analysis on competitive pricing and consumer analytics 

  • Diagnoses and communicates pricing model decisions to cross-functional teams 

  • Identifies and executes innovation projects to drive incremental revenue and solve CX opportunities 

Job Specifications  

  • Provide analytical support to multi-functional projects across the organization 

  • Drive optimal pricing-based decisions for segment of properties in conjunction with broader marketing activities 

  • Provide feedback to data science team on effectiveness pricing/discount tactics and tools 

Education and Experience 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree required from a four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing; Master's degree or MBA preferred.  

  • At least five years' experience in pricing, market research, marketing, operations, or data analysis. 

  • Proficient knowledge of SQL

  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
