We are currently hiring for an SEO Coordinator at our corporate offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah who will focus on a range of SEO initiatives. This position will be responsible for helping our Content, Local and Technical SEO teams and learn about all the different aspects of SEO and digital marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong organizational and time management skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
You must be authentic and collaborative with general excitement to help tell the SEO story.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support SEO team with local, content, technical and social projects
Help with managing marketing help desk tickets
Participate in helping to gather and analyze data
Assist the SEO team with ongoing project updates
Scheduling of content to publish across different platforms
Publish and control master content calendar
Work with the local search team on/off boarding tasks
Collaborate across marketing teams for a variety of different marketing projects and initiatives
Assist in preparing quarterly competitor analysis presentations
Ensure written content meets and adheres to overall brand guidelines and individual project strategies
Education and/or Experience:
1+ years of SEO experience
Ability to demonstrate the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to help manage vendors necessary for executing on digital strategies
Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
Excellent editing skills used to review your own and others’ work for spelling and grammatical errors, word choice, organization and formatting issues
Willingness to stay up to date on the latest digital marketing offerings and trends impacting your position
Must be a self-starter who understands the importance of being responsible to yourself and our team
Outstanding creative, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Desire to keep learning and growing as a marketer
Analytical and results-driven mindset
