Job Description

The Communications Coordinator works as part of the Corporate Communications team to disseminate company information internally and externally.

Please note: This position is fully in-office and is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engages across the organization to support key priorities and drive company messaging
  • Collaborates on creation of press releases, media alerts, newsletters, website content, memos or other communication collateral
  • Pursues media opportunities on behalf of the company
  • Creates content for internal intranet communications, editorial calendars, and strategy
  • Supports communications team administrative work such as website analytics, distribution and media list upkeep, and inbox management
  • Supports the management of the internal company store
  • Aids in additional company projects including surveys, meetings, and events

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • 1 year of experience
