Job Summary
Executes email and SMS communications from the company corporate offices to its customers. Develops and runs large-scale email communications. Develops processes and quality control checks to improve project turnaround times and consistency. Organizes and implements email-based projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Develops and executes transactional, batch, and campaign email/SMS launches.
Analyzes and communicates key email/SMS statistics and deliverability information.
Coordinates with multiple departments on email/SMS projects.
Maintains brand consistency in all outgoing customer communications.
Ensures CAN SPAM Compliance.
Executes email/SMS campaigns for facility operations, marketing, risk management, and emergency response.
Creates dynamic email templates.
Work closely with IT and Product to continually innovate customer communications.
Job Specifications
Experience with Email Management Systems, preferably Iterable.
Six months to two years’ experience with email management systems and reporting.
Proven ability to oversee technical processes and systems with an eye for quality and exactness.
Proven project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with analytics.
A full working knowledge of MS Office suite.
Experience working with marketing metrics and programs.
Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship.
