Job Description

 

We are looking for an HR Generalist to assist in supporting our National Solutions Center. We are a growing, results-oriented company with great pay, benefits and opportunity. This position will support in the fields of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and more.  

The HR Generalist is a hybrid role with a required in-office presence at our Cottonwood Heights, Utah location.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years’ experience in an HR role.  

Responsibilities 

  • Support NSC Team Leaders with employee issues, questions, and administering disciplinary actions.  

  • Work with the Team Leads during the hiring season and gather interview feedback to make hiring decisions 

  • Make verbal and written offer letters, and process new hires through the background check process 

  • Conduct HR Orientation for NSC new hires 

  • Conducts onboarding check ins with new hires at designated points in time 

  • Process employee changes in HRIS system 

  • Assist with remote employee processes (sending policies, welcome emails, etc) 

  • Respond to employee questions and concerns or direct them to the appropriate departments 

  • Communicate between leave coordinator and team leads to ensure employees return from leave through the correct process 

  • Update NSC forms and policies as needed 

  • Conduct investigations for employee issues as necessary 

  • Conduct ADA Interactive Conversations to determine ADA Accommodation requests 

  • Other duties as assigned
