Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand the immediate and future talent needs of the business

  • Create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines

  • Build relationships with potential candidates continually through e-mail, calls, and networking

  • Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.

  • Screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.

  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities

  • Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to the Recruiter and or management

  • Proactively conduct research to create sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines

  • Support efforts regarding off-site recruiting activities including participation in job fairs, conferences & professional organizations  

  • Cultivate partnerships to ensure time-to-fill metrics are achieved

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business, or other related field.

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

  • Ability to influence & interact successfully with all levels of the organization

  • Creative problem solver and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
