Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize and process utility bill payments.
  • Oversee and manage transfer requests from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct audits using Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Archive completed tasks and review outstanding utility transfers.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and customer service with Extra Space departments and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze utility trends, providing regular updates and insights..
  • Represent Extra Space to partners, employees, and vendors by tracking and updating systems to uphold process integrity.

Job Specifications

  • Proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database tools to determine the best approach for assigned projects.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of automated office systems, machines, and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, questioning, and listening abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
