Primary Responsibilities

  • Travel external markets 30-40% of time
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Work as part of a sales teams and maintain sales operations
  • Assist in creating quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Assist in outlining and managing sales budgets
  • Monitoring market and competitor products and activities
  • Provide reporting of sales/leads activity
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Outline and manage marketing and client relationship programs including publications, tradeshows, and events/outings
  • Coordinate construction design and installation process
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance program in conjunction with building needs and owner expectations
  • Negotiate lease terms with current and new owners

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales or management.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
