Job Description

Primary Responsibilities-

  • Ensure timely processing of workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims disputes and closures.
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators, insurance brokers, adjusters, and attorneys to set up, manage, and close claims effectively.
  • Use RMIS (Risk Management Information System) and other tools to manage claims programs and workflows.
  • Report safety concerns, loss control issues, and other risk related issues
  • Ensure incident reports are accurate and complete before submission.
  • Assist with other risk management and claims-related tasks as needed.

Job Specifications-

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple claims efficiently.

Education and Experience-

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related risk management or insurance claims handling role.
